The aftermath of Avery and Connor’s relationship kind of reminded me of Miley Cyrus’ song, Wrecking Ball, in how it left her broken and in tatters.
Avery Hensley once thought that she had the perfect love with Connor Wellings, but boy, was she dead wrong!
He breaks her, wrecks her, and makes her into a shadow of the person she once was.
Determined to never let a man devastate and disappoint her, she develops a NO GUY rule policy and stays clear of all men.
That is, until, she meets Tristan Morganson and the two develop an irresistible pull that neither can seem to shake off or deny. They start off as friends, but as they both begin to learn more about each other, the bigger they realize that each has their own set of obscurities that they need to overcome.
